But, there are some jobs that just need to be done at a shop (plus some customers prefer to bring their RV in), so we have recently opened a service facility here in the heart of Mesa, AZ. Gene's RV has provided excellent service to the valley for over 25 years. We are family owned and operated with an exceptional reputation for customer service. Speaking of warranties, we are a authorized service repair center for many RV and appliance manufacturers including Dometic/Duotherm, Coleman, Norcold, Suburban, Keystone, Alfa Leisure, Weekend Warrior and many more. We also take insurance jobs! We will do our best to take the headache out of dealing with the insurance companies.
